A Maryland native, Tim Davis grew up in Crownsville, Maryland, where he still resides. He joined the Marine Corps in 2006 achieving the leadership rank of Sargent E-5 over 8 years, 3 tours in Afghanistan, and 1 tour to Iraq. After his honorable discharge in 2014 Tim oversaw multi-million-dollar restaurant design-builds before joining HRIC MD in 2017 where he became an owner within 2 years.

As part owner, Tim led HRIC from $2M in revenue to $50M while also growing its reach from a local footprint to one that now covers the entire east coast. His proven track record of positive leadership and growth during his time as President of HRIC and Capital Cladding Products continues to fuel the expanding potential of both organizations. HRIC produces high-quality metal structures and envelope systems by providing creative building solutions and custom-designed products to our clients. Our team of experienced professionals form meaningful relationships with customers by consistently delivering safe operations and exceptional customer service.

An avid outdoorsman, Tim is a father to 4 children: Mason 16, Avery 7, Lucas 5, Isabella 2 & their 7-year-old poodle Teddy. If, on rare occasion, you can’t find Tim in the office you can surely find him hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, or anywhere under the clear blue sky.
