Josh has been the Director of Operations at Tate Engineering since 2022. His journey with the company started back in 2001 when he joined as an apprentice. Over the years, he has worked his way up through almost every role—from helper and technician to senior technician and service manager. Josh has truly enjoyed learning the different sides of the trade and uses that hands-on experience to keep improving operations and taking care of Tate’s customers.

At home, Josh is married with two kids. When he is out of the office, you can usually find him riding dirt bikes, motorcycles, or tinkering with projects in his garage. He values faith and family above all else and raises his kids with a simple motto: "If it's worth having, it's worth working for." (Even if his kids are probably tired of hearing it by now!)
