Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in delivering and developing distinguished products and services in the construction industry. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable him to meet customer expectations by providing a seamless experience focused on performance, quality, and value.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from York College and an MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University. He is also an alumnus of John Carroll High School, where he built the foundation for his commitment to excellence.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jeff is a licensed 50-ton United States Coast Guard Captain and an accomplished captain, mate, and angler. He competes in high-profile offshore fishing tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic and internationally, including the White Marlin Open and The Mid-Atlantic Tournament. Whether leading a fishing expedition, competing in a tournament, or simply enjoying a cruise, Jeff’s passion for boating ensures every trip is safe, successful, and unforgettable.

Above all, Jeff is a devoted father of three. His daughter Abby is a John Carroll graduate, Madison is currently a freshman there, and his son Jack is a student at Redeemer in Kingsville, where Jeff also volunteers as a coach. He is committed to providing his children with guidance, support, and opportunities to thrive.
