Daniel Strauch is the co-founder of the Aliceanna Collective, an award-winning, Veteran-owned media production company. He leads the firm’s business development and creative growth strategies, fostering partnerships with some of the region’s largest corporations, advertising agencies, and government organizations.

In 2024, Daniel earned an Emmy Award as a producer for a short documentary on the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore’s “Healthy Harbor Initiative,” which culminated in the largest Inner Harbor swim in Baltimore’s history.

A songwriter and musician, Daniel’s passion for music began with the drums and piano. His work has achieved national radio play and top 40 chart success. Additionally, he composed original music for Bastards Road, a 14-time international award-winning documentary featured on the 2020 film festival circuit.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Johnson & Wales University. He serves as a board member for the Early Childhood Development and Education Center (EDEC), part of the Kennedy Krieger Foundation, and is an active member of The United Way of Central Maryland’s Engagement Leadership Council.

Daniel resides in Ellicott City, Maryland, with his wife, Kristy, and their two children, Brooklyn and Carter. In their free time, Daniel and Kristy enjoy keeping up with their energetic kids. traveling with friends and family, and cheering for the Detroit Lions.
