Casper is a former Major League Baseball player, commercial insurance advisor, and
relationship-driven business leader. After a standout career at Towson University,
Casper was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in 2005 and went on to play for the Detroit
Tigers, Seattle Mariners, Oakland Athletics, Chicago White Sox, and Philadelphia
Phillies during his MLB career.

Today, Casper serves as Head of Commercial Insurance at Heller Kowitz Insurance
Advisors, where he helps businesses strategically manage risk, protect their assets, and
scale with confidence through customized insurance and consulting solutions. Known
for his relationship-first approach, Casper has built a strong reputation for connecting
business owners, executives, and referral partners throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
while creating long-term value through trust and collaboration.

Outside of business, Casper is a proud husband and father of three young children. He
