Backed by over 15 years of industry experience across office, retail, residential, industrial, defense, and hospitality asset types, Casey combines strategic vision with practical expertise. As the President and CEO of Wilhelm Builders (WB), he’s not only setting the company’s direction but also driving operations from the ground up, ensuring every project aligns with WB's mission of quality and innovation.

Returning to WB in 2022, Casey brought a wealth of real estate development know-how from his role as Director at Cross Street Partners, where he managed the development, construction, and sale of major urban revitalization projects in Baltimore- featuring Henderson Crossing, a marquee 54 unit rowhome development, renovated to Maryland Historical Trust standards. His experience as a Development Manager at A&R Development further strengthened his skills in asset management, project entitlements, and asset repositioning.

Casey’s depth in construction management extends through significant positions at FCL Builders and Cushman & Wakefield, where he led projects in industrial builds, commercial interiors, and national real estate portfolio representation. Starting his career at 19 years old as a carpenter at WB, Casey quickly advanced into project management and estimation for high-security and commercial interior projects, building a solid foundation in both fieldwork and office operations.

As the sole owner of WB since September 2024, Casey is committed to honoring WB’s 33-year legacy while driving growth into new markets and expanding the company’s impact across the Baltimore Metropolitan region.
